Evidence supports finding of disability, 11th circuit rules
ATLANTA - An ERISA-governed insurer that terminated benefits to a claimant with chronic back pain acted unreasonably, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Sept. 16, finding that the insurer “arbitrarily discounted” the evidence supporting disability (Gary Cross v.
